We help create that chaos to keep us in a comfort zone, instead of feeling that discomfort which will move us forward. The "up in the air" feelings are from our not wanting to make a decision strong enough in one direction, for fear of creating more chaos; or having to really make our own choices and not having someone else to blame if things don't go right. When I have those "up in the air" feelings, is when I have not moved on anything. I let the world rule me, instead of the other way around. Your conversation with Jamie and my comments are how I am reflecting on my own life. These are things I see I am doing to stop my own progress. Anyone can relate their own experiences to this conversation and can do something to change it as you suggested. Seeing from the eye of the tornado, where things are calm, would greatly help.
