the essence of the…

  • 1st dimension of reality is SKILL
  • 2nd dimension of reality is DIRECTION
  • 3rd dimension of reality is STRUCTURE
  • 4th dimension of reality is ORDER
  • 5th dimension of reality is CONTROL
  • 6th dimension of reality is SYNERGY

1st dimension is foundational, and very much relates to the skill of organizing, along with the notion of organizing being tied to the human abilities of speaking, acting, and listening – which again are basic fundamental human behaviours, relating to action, thought, and feeling.

202 gives those basic human traits direction, meaning, purpose.

303 gives them structure through the physical, mental, and emotional realms of a well balanced organized life.

4th dimension of organized living (or internal processing) is time, but by considering what time is, it's a human abstraction based on physical movement/proximity, and that relates to the order in which things are structured, and the order in which they occur, i.e. time management.

and the 5th dimension is control as per wallaces expression 'the essence of conscious life is control' where consciousness is the 5th controlling dimension of space-time (as per my 5 stages of organized living video).

and 606 extends beyond the internal processing focussed previous 5 dimensions and into the social sphere of collaboration for leveraged success, i.e. synergy.

In ancient times, testing of ones manhood was done by weight lifting… Who ever would have thought.

They would lift heavy stones such as Blue stones of old Dailly, Dinnie Stones and Inver stone to show the power moreover it was the matter of prestige to the tribal kingdom in ancient times.

Considering the available facts, weight lifting competitions first began in Europe in the late 1880 and the champion of the competition was crowned in 1891. In those periods, there were no other sub division and the crown went to the man able to lift the maximum weight.

Weight lifting competition was clubbed as a part of athletics in 1896; however, weight lifting was excluded in the 1900 games. Again, the art of weight lifting was notice in 1904, but the game was not included in Olympics however, in 1920, weight lifting has been accepted as a sport.

In those periods, Olympics introduced some strange weight lifting programs such as, one and two handed lift with no weight division however, rules where changed in 1932 and five sub division has been established and form three discipline for the competition viz. snatch, press and clean and jerk. In snatch, the weight lifter lift the weight above the head in one fast-uninterrupted movement however, in the second movement the weight is brought to the shoulders and after that, the weight is jerked upwards above the head.

Although, in the second movement the weights are lifted in two stages makes it easier and the lifted weights. Later in 1972, the press division was abolished and only the snatch and clean jerk where accepted as a sport and added to the Olympic discipline. As a revolution in 2000, it was introduced for women in this power event in Sydney.

Above all, weight lifting has been established to be very effective in increasing endurance. Weight lifting gained popularity in 6th century in this period athletes lifted heavy stones, Later, this period came to be known as the "age of strength." during this age, Milo of Crotona, a military hero a progressive weight lifting exercise.

In Greece, weight lifting was a very popular sport during the reign in the Olympic Games as well as the Chou dynasty (1122-249 BC), soldiers were required to undergo a endurance and strength test in order to gain enrollment into the army.

A liberating 3 part self-review that frees you from that icky state of feeling ‘stuck’

Ok – I confess…

OS29090.JPGDespite being the author of the Life Direction Clarifier, I still have times of feeling stuck with my life…

In fact, the Life Direction Clarifier evolved out of my own desperate search and struggle with deep feelings of frustration that used to ‘consume’ me.

I’m leaps and bounds better now, but being human I am emotional, forgetful, and growing all the time.

I still have moments when I feel a bit overwhelmed, or directionless, or like I need a quick mental tune-up.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’ve tested various ways of doing a quick ‘self-review’, and have found what works best for me personally, whenever I feel ‘kinda overwhelmed’, or frustrated with something.

There are just 3 Headings for the Stuck-State Self-Review, and they are:

  • Frustrations
  • Weaknesses to consider
  • Skills development and actions

Take a sheet of paper or open a new computer file and write the words Frustrations, Weaknesses, and Actions.

List out your current frustrations, and go into as much detail as feels right (for 'getting things off your chest').

Then turn it on yourself by considering your own weaknesses that are supporting these frustrating predicaments in your life right now.

I.e. what could you improve about your own choices that could alleviate the frustrations.

Finally, jot down a few 'next step actions' that can practically move you forwards towards changing those weaknesses and reducing those frustrations.

I hope that doesn't seem too simplistic.  I could have given you a whole great shpeal about how it's your old aunt maries fault that your boss doesn't like you, and that you need to 'set goals' and say positive affirmations whilst staring at yourself in the mirror every morning.

Phooey to all that non-sense.

Here's the real-deal:

Just list out your 1. frustrations, 2. weaknesses, and 3. actions… whenever you get into a 'stuck state', and I can almost guarantee you'll immediately start feeling better, and have practical ways to improve things.

What is the way forward for Organized Living World .com ??

The ideal scenario is to have this website contribute in a massive way to the organization of personal success and societal freedoms across the planet.

The reality so far is that it is just another blog in cyberspace.

That is the structural tension that exists right now from which to bridge the gap as much as possible.

Organized living requires having an ideal desired state, and identifying your current reality.

Then bridgeing the gap by nailing the action steps required.

I invite you to read the homepage of organized living world and select the stage of organized living that you most want or need to focus on at this time.

We will win 1 person at a time, by each of us becoming personally more successful.

A few posts ago I said I would soon write about 7 sections of the physical realm for organized living.  Well, here begins it…

Environment

(where you go and where you stay)

What is your most regular environment.  You probably do not (generally speaking) visit too many different places during your normal days.

So make a list. I love lists. They work.

Make a list of the regular environment you find yourself in.  Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Car, Train, Office, Gym, etc.

Of course, once you have this list you can begin to control how each is organized, and how you and your things and activities are orgnaized in each.

Occupation

(career development and creative projects)

Getting organized at work requires quite something special, especially if you work with the types of clients that I do.   Are there some things that regularly cause you disorganization at work?

What would your occupation look like if ideally organized?

Personal

(your lifestyle choices, purpose, direction and gadgets)

This is a big one.  I recommend you check out the Life Diection Clarifier.

Security

(physical and economic safety)

This involves political, economic, personal safety, the security of your home, etc.

An important part of organized living is being secure.

Financial

(building wealth)

Where does your money come from?… And where does it go… (ouch).

Make a Financial Project for your overall approach to Organized Living.

People

(influence and romance)

In what way do other people play a part in your quest and evolution of organized living?

Health

(physical vitality)

Are you as healthy as you'd like to be?

I've found that focusing on health can have incredibly profound consequences on my life satisfaction.  And that's practically synonymous with an organized life.

Bottom Line

Do you have a project for each of those 7 areas of organized living, and have you identified the next activities you are going to take for each?
