Fitness Exercise And Weight Training
I'm a regular gym goer.
I trained Thai Boxing whilst touring south east asia in 2006.
I used to do track running.
I've used various home exercise methods.
I started a program including Callisthenics training for upper body muscle toning, and an aerobic program of running up to 3 times per week, aiming to run just as fast so that I could still hold a conversation with someone running with me. I also do some weight training for muscle tone and strength.
Tip: Do you enjoy going to the gym? When is your energy highest? Morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend? Do you enjoy short rigorous exercise, or more relaxed exercise for a longer duration?
Personally, I like to get my exercise out of the way ASAP, so I do 30 minutes very intense exercises about 3 times a week, and I'm in great shape. Find out what you like, and stick to it, don't feel guilty about not doing other things. It really doesn't take much exercise to be healthy.
