Cleanse And Toxin Elimination
Cleanse your environment of toxins, including those in your bathroom.
Drink Water
Sipping water regularly throughout the day is bad for you.
I've been sipping away for months. At a recent Neways meeting, held on one Sunday every month in London , one of the talks was on drinking water. We were told that sipping water throughout the day can thin your blood making your body think it hasn't got enough nutrients in the blood stream, and thus possibly causing the body to extract nutrients from organs and bones to put them into the blood.
This can lead to problems such as the onset of Osteoporosis ! So how should we drink water? We were told to have one full glass of water first thing when we get up, and one just before bed. And then a glass half hour before meals, and a glass 2.5 hours after a meal. But of course, if you think you're thirsty, drink. Just be mindful to not be constantly sipping.
Dr Batman recommends 2.5 ltrs per day . Lack of water. Bodies 70% water, drink a gallon and a half every day says Dr Batmanghelidj Organize Tip: Keep several large water bottles lying around your home, and a little stash where you work, and have a bottle always within reaching distance.
This helps develop the habit of drinking when you should.
Environmental Toxins
Did you know that you're probably putting toxic substances into yours and your loved ones bodies simply from the personal care products that you use in the bathroom?!
The common ingredients of Sodium Lauryl Sulphate and Propylene Glycol are just two of many toxic ingredients that are used in normal personal care products, which cause skin irritations, are absorbed through the skin into the blood, damage hair follicles (causing hair loss), and damage internal organs, even causing cancer.
Convert your bathroom to safe, effective products today and put harmful ingredients out of reach of your loved ones for good!
Tip: Change brands for good, quickly! I have prepared a truly fascinating exploration of this troubling topic of toxic substances likely contained in the very items you have in your bathroom right now that you and your family are dousing yourselves in every day.
