How Much Does Your Health Matter?

(or see full details of the healthy living resources)

Without our health, we can feel little satisfaction from life.

A headache can spoil our day… A stomach ache can make us appreciate how good we normall feel… But long-term tiredness, or physical ailments and poor health can have a dampening effect on our entire lives.

In my Organized Health Report complimentary for subscribers to Organized Living World, I briefly summarise 8 key areas of health that I believe are absolutely essential to balance and care for your health over the long-term.

  1. Sleep vs Insomnia
  2. Weight Loss Diet & Exercise
  3. Fitness & Weight Training
  4. Nutritional Supplementation
  5. Cleanse & Toxin Elimination
  6. Energy vs Tiredness
  7. Natural Therapies
  8. Mental Wellbeing

The second section of the complimentary quick-read report gives you a list of highly recommended websites and other resources to help you maintain and improve your health.

And the last page gives you a pretty nifty check-list you can use to assess the state of your own health before you involve a health practitioner or doctor. It will give you direction for how to improve your health starting from wherever you are right now.

I hope that this gives you some valuable additional direction in your pursuit to organize your health, and trust that if you use these resources, you will probably see tremendous benefits.

What things for your health are you doing well? What things are you currently doing not so well? Can you make a commitment to improve your health starting now?
