I know why you procrastinate.
You're simply more bored or overwhelmed by one thing compared to something which seems more stimulating in the short-term.
So what do you think the cure to stop procrastinating would be?
That's right.
To make the thing that's more important seem more stimulating than other possible distractions!
Easy right?
Well no, not easy. But it is actually quite simple and straight forward.
And I won't lie to you. It is going to require developing your discipline muscle.
But the good news is you've already got a good healthy strong discipline muscle.
We just need to get it working in the right direction!
Here's how to stop procrastinating
Get and Stay focused
Easier said than done. And I will show you how later. But for now it's important we get clear on what it will take to stop procrastinating. I.e. We have to get and stay focused.
Manage my time better
Oh sure.. that's easier said than done too. And there's a new natural time management skill that you already know but probably forgotten due to the rush of life and the wrong info picked up from superficial training programs.
Stop wasting time
No it's not quite the same as managing time better. By stop wasting time we take a negative view of our time management, and specifically hunt out the areas of procrastination that have clawed deep like roots of weeds and need to be yanked out by force.
